What are technical constraints in UX?
Constraints in the design sense limit the number of choices a user can choose to act upon. They can be broken down into four categories: physical, cultural, logical, and semantic. In the image below, certain actions are grayed out to indicate that they aren't accessible to the user at that particular moment.
Is UX design technical or non technical?
UX designers use a combination of technical skills and workplace skills in their design work. Some of these skills are specific to the world of UI/UX, while others are more general. Chances are you already have skills that will transfer into a new career in UX design.

Both Lean UX and Agile development share the same values and principles of work: collaboration, iterations, continuous testing, rapid-fire feedback, and quick decisions, etc. They all form a repetitive loop, which can be summed up in three words: think, design, and validate.
