Can a seller upload an image which is less than 500 * 500 dimension?
Images can be uploaded through the 'Add Photo' option in the Manage Products Section. Guidelines to add Images: Medium size images must be used in the aspect ratio in the range of (500×500). Images must be free of any text e.g. watermark, logo, prices, product offers, timestamps, etc.
