What are tasks in usability testing?
Usability tasks: defined. Usability tasks can be simply referred to as assignments given to participants during a usability test. They can either be an action or activity you want your participants to indulge in during the test.
What is the difference between open-ended and closed?
Open-ended questions are questions that allow someone to give a free-form answer. Closed-ended questions can be answered with “Yes” or “No,” or they have a limited set of possible answers (such as: A, B, C, or All of the Above).
