How do Twitter conversations work?
Twitter Chats are pre-planned events that are promoted via social media that usually last for an hour and use a designated hashtag (#) for each tweet. During the Twitter Chat, the discussion moderator will pose questions that should prompt responses from participants and special guest discussants.
