How do you use Supr-Q?
To score your SUPR-Q results, simply average all of your scores, excluding the 'likely to recommend' item. For the NPS question, divide your score by 2 to convert it to the same Likert scale results as the rest of the survey. The one exception is that this number will introduce non-integers into your data set.
What is a good Supr-Q score?
It's backed by a normalized database.
The SUPR-Q database contains a rolling list of around 150 websites that we update partially each quarter. This makes even your first measure with the SUPR-Q more meaningful as you can know whether scores are good (above 75%), bad (below 25%), or average (around 50%).
How do you calculate Suprq?
To calculate your raw SUPR-Q score, simply find the average of the component scores. Your result will be a score from 1-5 for each category, as well as a 1-5 total SUPR-Q score.
