What are website tabs?
Tabs are a navigation element used in web design that allow users to easily access different areas of a site or different parts of an individual page. They're sort of like tabbed dividers in a filing cabinet – by clicking a tab, users can easily locate a page containing related content.
How do I add a tab on my website?
Hover over the Menu you want to add the tab to, for example SocialSite. Click + New Page. Enter the Tab Name - This name will appear on the tab. Enter the Title - This title will appear on the browser tab.
Are tabs good UX design?
Tab is a common UX component used for various kinds of interfaces. And in our daily lives, we use tab as well to classify our documents. The usage of a tab is so widespread that I can see it almost everywhere, and that also makes me started to think about what might be the best practice for tab design.
