What is an alternative to tabs?

If they're too long, then accordions are a better choice rather than tabs! Accordions placed on a horizontal space have too much space to accommodate long options and plenty of data, while on tabs if you choose long names as labels, they will look more or less like accordions only!

Are accordions good UX?

Accordions can help improve the user experience, especially on mobile devices. Since they provide the most important information first, and leave it up to users to decide what to learn more about, they're ideal for FAQ pages, menu sections on homepages, and more.

Why do we use accordion?

While not their primary use, accordions can be used to navigate through websites and pages. They can group links to help the user navigate through interfaces. This is especially helpful in mobile design as it allows you to collapse information into different sections or pages.

What is an accordion tab?

Accordions are a graphical control element comprising a vertically stacked list of items. Each item can be "expanded" or "collapsed" to reveal the content associated with that item. Tabs are similar to Accordions in that they contain information that can be expanded and collapsed.
