What is the point of a double zipper?
WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF A 2-WAY ZIP? 2-way zips are designed to open from the bottom of the zip as well as from the top. This is to give you more room at the hem of the coat so you will be more comfortable when you are sitting down.
Why do Nike techs have two zippers?
Some jackets have two zippers because it allows the wearer to unzip the jacket from the bottom up.
How does a zipper slider work?
As the slider moves up the zipper, the two teeth strips must enter at a specific angle. As the strips move through the slide, the slide's inclined edges push the teeth toward each other. The strips are offset from each other, so each hollow settles onto a hook in sequence.
