How do you set tab order for a form?
Change the tab order for controls
In the Navigation Pane, right-click the form and then click Design View. On the Design tab, in the Tools group, click Tab Order. In the Tab Order dialog box, under Section, click the section you want to change.
What is tab order in form?
Tab Order is the order or sequence that the cursor moves from field to field. Initially, the tab order is determined by the order in which the fields are added to the form. In many cases, as fields are moved around the page, added from a template, or pasted from somewhere else, the tab sequence may become disorganized.
Why are tabs used?
Use tabs to alternate between views within the same context, not to navigate to different areas. This is the single most important point, because staying in place while alternating views is the reason we have tabs in the first place.
What is tab design?
Design tab. The Design tab includes table formatting, cell and table borders, arranging the table on the page, and the size of the table. Tip: You can hover over tools to see a short explanation of the tool's functionality.
