Re-frame your thinking around work and pain. Use techniques such as meditation, mindfulness, and breathing to work through the pain. Seek support from counsellors and use Cognitive Behavioural Techniques and apply these to the workplace. Use distractions when pain intensifies.
When your job causes you physical pain?
If your condition is such that you are physically incapable of performing your job duties or if the pain is so bad that you require frequent breaks just to deal with the pain, you should be entitled to workers' compensation. If you're unable to work because of your pain, find legal counsel to prove your claim.
