How do you present UX to stakeholders?
Whenever giving a visual presentation or communicating UX plans to stakeholders, do everyone a favor and tell them what problem you're trying to solve and which ideas are being mulled over. Most importantly, speak to the goal of the UX plan and not to any personal preferences you may have.
How do you explain UX research to stakeholders?
Always ask participants to elaborate and explain why. Having them explicitly walk through their thought process makes your job easier! Later, when you're presenting your findings to your product team, you'll be able to share a wealth of direct quotations and offer clear reasoning for design decisions.
