Where do we create user stories?
In scrum, user stories are added to sprints and “burned down” over the duration of the sprint. Kanban teams pull user stories into their backlog and run them through their workflow.
When should user stories be written?
Usually a story-writing workshop is held near the start of the agile project. Everyone on the team participates with the goal of creating a product backlog that fully describes the functionality to be added over the course of the project or a three- to six-month release cycle within it.
Do user stories come before or after design?
Identify a full set of user stories before doing any visual design. Resisting the temptation to jump straight into designing may save time and headaches and lots of wasted effort. For each user story, see if it can be broken down into smaller, more specific stories.
Where are user stories stored in agile?
User stories are written throughout the lifecycle of the project. At the start of the project, user stories are written in Sprint '0', also called as pre-sprint. Initially, the product owner elicits the requirements from the stakeholder and they are stored as EPICS, Features and User Stories in the product backlog.
