What is the default color used for Microsoft Word icon?

Now that the default icon colors are blue for both Outlook and Word, I find myself often selecting/opening the wrong one and wishing I could change the Outlook icon back to yellow [or some self-selected cool color].

Why did Outlook change from yellow to blue?

The Outlook icon is now blue because Microsoft wanted to update Outlook's color. Once you get used to the blue, it grows on you. To make it easier to distinguish Outlook from Word, pin Outlook to the taskbar (and Word if desired).

How do I go back to old look in Office 365?

Click the Outlook menu. Uncheck the New Outlook option. Click the Revert button. Wait for the application to revert to Outlook Classic view.
