What is the difference between an active window and an inactive window?
The active window is the one you are currently using, and all the others are inactive. If you have a solitaire game, ms word, a file explorer window of your music, itunes, and your internet browser open and you are going to a website in the internet browser, that is your active window.
Why is the title bar important?
The title bar at the top of a window displays an application-defined icon and line of text. The text specifies the name of the application and indicates the purpose of the window. The title bar also makes it possible for the user to move the window using a mouse or other pointing device.
