What makes a UX bad? # Confusing customer flows, failed usability or accessibility, ignoring design principles, or not being explicit. There are many fails that make a UX bad.
What is poor user experience?
If your site makes it difficult for users to obtain certain information, or if it isn't optimized for viewing on different screens, then you might be contributing to a poor user experience (UX). Poor UX is bad for business and can deter users from visiting your site.
Is UX writing fun?
It's not to say that UX writing can't be fun, but it's a more subtle kind of fun. Especially when it comes to calls-to-action. One of the holy grails of UX writing is to have clear and descriptive CTAs.
