What is a breadcrumb strategy?
This is a type of persuasion method focused on getting your visitors to say “yes” to small, less aggressive questions in order to gain their trust. From there, you slowly start asking slightly more aggressive questions until the “ultimate ask” or goal is reached.
What are design breadcrumbs?
Breadcrumbs are represented as a trail of links at the top of the page, usually just below the global navigation; the home page (or root node of the hierarchy) is the first link and the links are usually separated by the symbols “>” or “/”.
Are breadcrumbs still relevant 2022?
There's no reason not to use them, and Breadcrumbs never cause problems in user testing. Breadcrumbs are only 30% of users' attention. This is a good sign. Breadcrumbs take up very little space, so don't let that stop you from using them.
