How do you display a list of contacts in Outlook?

Viewing contacts (People) in Outlook

In Outlook, choose People at the bottom of the screen. By default, you see your personal contacts. To view other address books, in the Find group of the ribbon, choose Address Book.

What appears on the people page?

You can view email messages you've exchanged with the contact, any files you've shared, and any meetings you have in the past or the future with that contact. Choose See more messages, See more files, or See more events to browse more items.

How do I search for Gal in Outlook?

Launch Outlook on the web. Click the People icon in the navigation panel in the bottom-left corner of the window. (See figure below.) Click Directory > Default Global Address List.
