You can create and edit reports in both the Power BI service and Power BI Desktop. In the Power BI service, you create and edit reports in Editing view.
How do I edit existing data in Power BI?
Go to Power Query Editor and select your data set on the left hand side. Next, go to the cell that you want to edit and right click. The menu in the image shown above will appear. Click on the Replace Values option.
How do I edit my Power BI dashboard online?
Click on the report that you want to edit, to select it. Click on the menu option shown to edit this report. You can choose (as here) to overwrite your existing report, or else save it under a new name.
How do I change the data source in Power BI online?
@Anonymous In power bi desktop go to query editor, select your table and on the right hand side under Applied Steps click settings icon. You can also without going to query editor - go to File -> Options and settings -> Data source settings >Right click data sources and chnage source. go into Edit Queries.
