How does the messenger maintain the sequencing of the messages? We can store a timestamp with each message, which would be the time when the message is received at the server.
What is the difference between a message and a chat message?
The reason being that live chat has similarities to phone; long waiting times, queuing, each session is not held in a thread. Messaging, on the other hand, uses asynchronous communication, indicating that customers do not have to stay connected while waiting for a reply.
How do you see replies on Zoom chat?
Sign in to the Zoom mobile app. In the Team Chat tab , select a 1:1 chat, group chat, or channel. Below the message, tap the reply icon to open that chat thread and view other messages.
