Why are the username and password on two different pages?
The most common reason to put username and password on two different pages is to support both: single-sign on (SSO) (i.e. sign in with Google or a service like Okta) username/password login.

What is the purpose of login form?
Login forms are used in almost every website and Application. A login form utilizes the credentials of a user, in order to authenticate their access. It generally consists of the typical username or email and password. But more fields can be added to improve the site's security.
How do I change my dashlane login?
Go to Dashlane, select Settings, Security, Misc, and then Change Master Password. When prompted, re-enter your current Master Password and then enter and confirm your new Master Password.
