Is my Office 365 password the same as my Microsoft account?
Your Outlook.com password is the same as your Microsoft account password. Go to Microsoft account security and select Password security. As a security measure, you might be prompted to verify your identity with a security code.
Why can't I reset my Office 365 password?
Some users can't change their password in Microsoft 365 because their organization creates and maintains their accounts. If you don't see a link to change your password on the Password page, you can't change your work account password in Office 365.
How do I change my password in Outlook Web Access Office 365?
Once you are logged in, click Options, located at the top right hand corner of OWA. Click Change your Password: Page 3 Enter your current password>Enter a new password>Enter the new password again to confirm. Click Save (bottom right corner.)
