What is a scenario map?
Scenario mapping is the process of outlining all the steps a user will take to complete a task. It generally includes notes about what users are thinking and feeling at each step.
What are scenarios in UX?
Scenarios describe the stories and context behind why a specific user or user group comes to your site. They note the goals and questions to be achieved and sometimes define the possibilities of how the user(s) can achieve them on the site.
What is scenario in design thinking?
Scenarios are descriptive or pictorial stories of the users or personas we are designing for. Scenarios involve a user performing certain actions or simulations to accomplish a goal. It also involves using a product, service or prototype to accomplish certain goals in their day-to-day activities or otherwise.
