What is Typeform? Typeform makes collecting and sharing information comfortable and conversational. It's a web-based platform you can use to create anything from surveys to apps, without needing to write a single line of code.

Is typeform really free?

Yes! You can try many of our paid features for free. When you do, your typeform will be put into trial mode. This means you can play with our features, and if you want to share a typeform using them, you can upgrade to one of our paid plans: Basic, Plus or Business.

Why is my typeform not working?

Disable any plugins/extensions on your current browser, as these might affect your typeform. Close and reopen your browser, then load the typeform and test it again. 4. Test your typeform on a different web browser (we support Chrome, Safari, Edge and Firefox).

Can I trust typeform?

They are compliant with security and privacy standards. As of 2022, Typeform is a 100% worldwide remote company, so the only physical premises are AWS' data centers. All physical security measures applying to AWS premises are covered by the AWS Shared Responsibility Model.
