How do you regenerate a PDF?

Click inside the Select box for the document the user wants to regenerate. Click the Regenerate button. The document displays in PDF for review. Select the Print button.

Can you prevent someone from sharing a PDF?

Can I email a PDF, but prevent the recipient from sharing or copying it? Yes – but only with a PDF DRM solution like Safeguard Security. Though you can encrypt the file before emailing it, it won't protect the document after it is opened on the other end.

What are the two reasons why converting your files to PDF is recommended?

When you convert your files to PDFs, you can share them immediately (while also saving trees and other natural resources). Protect your files: PDF documents make it easy to protect your sensitive information. You can lock viewing or editing of PDFs behind a password, or use a secure encryption certificate.
