How is Pssuq score calculated?

PSSUQ follows a 7-point Likert Scale (+ NA option). The overall result is calculated by averaging the scores from the 7 points of the scale. Unlike SUS, as there are more questions in PSSUQ, it also has 3 sub-scales, namely system usefulness, information quality, and interface quality.

The current iteration of the Post-Study System Usability Questionnaire (PSSUQ) was developed in 1992 by IBM as a means to perform more in-depth system quality and user satisfaction research. The PSSUQ consists of 16 post-test survey prompts that calculate 3 crucial metrics to rate the usefulness of a product.
