Can I duplicate screen with different resolution?

It's not possible to do a true monitor clone at different resolutions via software, unless you want to set them to extended and use the DisplayFusion "Mirror Monitor" function. It lets you mirror a monitor to a new window that you can then move to the other monitor and maximize it.

How do I prevent duplicate screens?

To access this menu the easiest way is to right-click on the desktop and select “Screen Resolution” Page 2 From the Screen resolution menu you can use the “Multiple Displays” dropdown to switch between the display modes.

Two displays with the same resolution can have different physical dimensions, which is why pixel density expressed in PPI is an important factor. The clarity of an image is affected by the screen size and not having enough pixels to go around.
