How do I log into my Office 365 MFA?
Sign in to Microsoft 365 with your work or school account with your password like you normally do. After you choose Sign in, you'll be prompted for more information. Choose Next. The default authentication method is to use the free Microsoft Authenticator app.
How do I log into multi-factor authentication?
On the desktop, you access it by going to Settings > Security and Login(Opens in a new window). Under Two-Factor Authentication, click Edit on the right. On the next screen, select how you'd like to receive your second form of authentication: a text message, authenticator app, or physical security key.
How do I authenticate my Microsoft 365 account?
Sign in to an application or service such as Microsoft 365 using your username and password. Microsoft sends a notification to the Microsoft Authenticator app on your device. Open the notification on your phone and select the Verify key. If your company requires a PIN, enter it here.
