1. Task Success Rate. Also known as task completion rate, task success rate is the percentage of correctly completed tasks by users. This is probably the most commonly used performance metric that reflects how effectively users are able to completing certain tasks.

Measuring Success
One of the more common metrics used in user experience is task success or completion. This is a very simple binary metric. When we run a study with multiple users, we usually report the success (or task-completion) rate: the percentage of users who were able to complete a task in a study.
How do you calculate task completion rate?
You report completion rates on a task by dividing the number of users who successfully complete the task by the total number who attempted it. For example, if eight out of ten users complete a task successfully, the completion rate is 0.8 and usually reported as 80%.
What is average task completion rate?
The average task completion rate is 78%: If you have absolutely no clue as to what a good benchmark for a completion rate is, use 78%. This is the average from a database of almost 1200 software and website tasks across several products and domains.
